Metroid Samus Returns seems to be a somewhat controversial game, aside from all the comparisons with AM2R which honestly at times the conversation goes only to 'is not as good as AM2R', the game despite doing all the important stuff right i'd say, it has some pretty apparent flaws,, like the 30fps, not super appealing graphics thanks to the console is in, enemy variety and small details, but one of the most interesting details (and the one I want you to focus on personally) I'd seen about it is that it wasn't a good remake of Metroid 2 and it doesn't understand it.
